In February 2000, based in Reichstett near Strasbourg FRANCE, thanks to his contacts to famous wine, champagne and cognac producers, he launches his own company and proposes business gifts of top-of-the-range.

Associated to renamed names of the French gastronomy, Signatures de Prestige has diffused an Agenda des Grands Vins (agenda of famous wines), LAgenda des alcohols et cigars (agenda of alcohol and cigars), Le Livre de la Cave (The Book of the Cavist) which came as an accompaniment of sumptuous gifts.

Unceasingly listening to the needs of the professionals (restorers, cavists) and to the tendencies, he creates Signatures dAlsace which will make his fame around the greedy gifts of Alsace, in particular gathering the fine wines and the foie gras of Alsace, but also the gingerbread and savours of chocolate. His sense of listening and satisfying customers, developed through customers B to B and CHR anchored his company into the economical landscape. Nowadays, industrialists, banks, small and bigger companies, distributors trust both Signatures de Prestige and Signatures dAlsace.

Today, Bruno Marret developps the wine without alcohol, a drink based on alcohol free wine. To discover and let other discover without any moderation !

Whereas the fight against blood alcohol content gets harder, that health is more than never a society stake, La Côte de Vincent opens new perspectives to those who want to accord the pleasure of drinking with a new way of living, freed from the risks of alcohol.

Made out of Rhenish and Mosellan vine for the white wines RIELSING , or from rosés CINSAULT, SYRAH, or red wines MERLOT , GRENAGE, CARIGNAN carefully selected in France, La Côte de Vincent is a french cultural evolution that allows to preserve the benefits of the wine and to combine them with a new drink already recognized by our European neighbours.

Wine without alcohol or drink based on alcohol freed wine, La Côte de Vincent, easy to drink will seduce a vast range of customers: businessmen or businesswomen concerned of their form, sportsmen, people on a diet.

All those who cannot or dont want to drink will be reconciled with this product of the vine. It finds its place in restaurants and delicatessen shops, in discotheques, as well as in fitness clubs, highway restaurants, collectivities; and so on. Already tested by several Alsatian restaurants, it astonished the owners and seduces the guests. It is the case in the restaurant La pépinière in Woerth, where Alain Fuchs, the owner does not serve alcohol anymore since 1946.

Signatures dAlsace, based in France intends to make La Côte de Vincent well known and to conquer a carrying market for this refreshing drink.

The Desalcoholisation process:
Vinified according to the traditional method by the wine growers, the grapes are then carefully desalcoholized. A method patented since 1908 makes it possible to extract alcohol from the wine at - 30 C without causing any deterioration. The wine having been desalcoholized through that process preserves a high quality as much as its physiological principles emphasizing a fruity taste and slightly pricking.
